Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide a photo of the damaged or defective product to help us assess the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product to help us assess the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that the following products are not eligible for return:

We will work with you to determine the best course of action. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new product to you.
