Pomace Oil is a type of oil that is refined from the pomace of olive oil. Due to its refinement, Pomace Oil is considered to be pure with close to zero acidity. This type of oil is best for frying purposes for it has a high smoke point of 240° Celsius. As a refined oil, pomace oil does not have a distinct taste but it is great for deep frying for it is a lighter choice compared to other frying oils. 
 

Pomace olive oil is a type of oil that is extracted from the leftover pulp and pits of olives after the initial pressing process. While it is not as high-quality as extra virgin or virgin olive oil, pomace olive oil has its own unique properties that make it particularly preferred by the food industry.

 

It is often used as a cooking oil due to its high smoke point, and it adds a distinct flavor to foods. Additionally, pomace olive oil is rich in oleic acid, which is a heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, and contains antioxidants and other bioactive compounds that have potentially beneficial properties for health.
