We are an Organic Olive Oil Supplier, that comes from the local olive gardens that have been certified as organic. In these gardens, the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers is prohibited, leading to a truly organic cultivation.

Our Early Harvest Domat olive oils, which we have obtained from Domat-type olives unique to the Akhisar region.

Cold Pressed: < 24°C

At Savory, we take great care in the production of our olive oil. Our olives are carefully selected and squeezed in conditions not exceeding 24 C degrees. We ensure that our olives enter production within 4 hours of harvesting and are stored in special steel chrome tanks to preserve their aroma and beneficial components.


High Polyphenol
As they are pressed in a cold and completely closed system, olives preserve the Polyphenols they contain and thus increase the health of our oils as much as possible.

Description of Organic Olive Oil

As SAVORY we gather our olives from Local Organic Olive garden owners. These gardens have been certified as being organic by the Turkish government. Organic olive-producing gardens are subject to periodic tests. As a leading olive oil producer, SAVORY has a certificate of production for organic olive oil. This enables us to obtain Organic Olives from our producers and press them in our facilities in a certified manner. 

Our Organic Olive Oil is produced as Cold Pressed to achieve a bitter, green, and fresh olive oil with a greenish-golden color. Best used in cold dishes, our Organic Olive Oil can also be consumed on its own as a dietary supplement. High contents of Polyphenols, provide much-needed antioxidants and vitamins to the consumers.

The main types of Olives used in our Organic Olive Oil are Trilye, Uslu, and Domat. All of these types of olives are endemic to the Aegean region of Turkey and have specific taste differences from each other. 

As EU regulations require, organic olive oil refers to olive oil made using organic methods. This means, first of all, that the olives were grown without any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or soil herbicides. Organic Olive Oil for Skin and Hair is very helpful.

Production Method of Organic Olive Oil

When making organic olive oil, no artificial fertilizers are used:

Fertilizer is often used to temporarily add a lot of nutrients to the soil so crops can grow faster and better. It’s not a cure-all, though, and it hurts the health of the soil in the orchards.
There are times when plants get too many nutrients for High-Quality Organic Olive Oil, which makes fertilizer useless. Soil health is maintained with organic manure since nutrients are retained longer.

No artificial chemicals and pesticides:

Synthetic pesticides and other chemicals fight diseases, pests, insects, and weeds. But these pesticides can still be found on the fruit.
